Next, we’ll provide a mockup of your design, so you can check to make sure that everything is just as you like it. This is your chance to make any changes needed.
Next, we can schedule a press check with you to come in and inspect the first item off the press, to see for yourself the quality of the design and material.
Finally, once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email that your order has been completed and is ready for pickup. We can also schedule delivery if you’d like.

Screen printing uses actual ink pushed through screens, creating vibrant, durable prints that work great on dark fabrics. Digital printing (DTG) sprays ink directly onto fabric like a printer. At Rainbow Graffixx, we recommend screen printing for team uniforms and bulk orders, while DTG works better for detailed, one-off designs.
Most shops like Rainbow Graffixx have minimum orders (usually 12-24 items) because setting up screens takes time and materials. More items means the setup cost spreads out, making each shirt cheaper.
